New CRAIC 20/30 PV™ – Seamless Fluorescence & Raman Microspectroscopy from UV to NIR

Elliot Scientific is now offering the new 20/30 PV™ microspectrophotometer from CRAIC Technologies to scientists in the UK and Ireland. As the latest product of the company, the 20/30 PV™ microspectrophotometer excels in non-destructive rapid analysis of many types of sub-micron or larger samples from the deep ultraviolet to the near infrared using multiple techniques that include:

  • Absorbance
  • Reflectance
  • Raman
  • Luminescence
  • Fluorescence

The flagship system can also be used to image microscopic samples in the UV, visible, and NIR via its research grade optics. Applications are numerous and include materials science research, forensic analysis of trace evidence and documents, spectral analysis of minerals, measurement of protein crystals, contamination analysis on hard drives and thin film measurement on patterned semiconductors.

Dr. Paul Martin, President of CRAIC Technologies, told Elliot Scientific that the cutting-edge 20/30 PV™ microspectrophotometer offers more power and capabilities than any previous CRAIC instrument and has “up to twice the sensitivity of previous models, an extended spectral range and all new software”.

Touch screen controls, sophisticated software, calibrated variable apertures and other innovations all point to a new level of sophistication for microanalysis that makes the 20/30 PV™ more than just a scientific instrument… it is the solution to your analytical challenges.
